I had the opportunity to visit the factory this week. I ordered my new Quantum trailer last week and rode down to Jacksboro from Long Island, NY on my 2014 Goldwing. The ride was very nice and the weather even held up fine. MY first experience with Bushtech was dealing with Ross. Ross spent a great deal of time with me on the telephone working up the details of my new trailer. His experience, attitude and personality made the process a great experience. Upon entering the facility which I must say is not located in an easy place to find, but with directions from Ross and my GPS I was able to locate the facility. Upon entering the showroom, there was a sign welcoming me to Bushtech. A real class move in my opinion. The staff was all friendly and helpful beyond any of my expectations. Ross showed me my new trailer and went over all the details and functionality. He even gave me a tour of their facility which I must say is very impressive. Within a couple of hours the installation was complete and I was ready to go. I could not have been more satisfied with my experience I had working with the people at Bushtech. Some may say their products are a little on the pricey side but one thing I learned a long time ago. If you are looking for a quality product made in the USA and top notch service there is a cost for quality. My thoughts were simple, buy the trailer once and only once. That is what I did and I can tell you this trailer will last me a long time and I can see new bikes in my future but this Bushtech will ride comfortably behind anything that comes my way down the rode.
