We paid $8 for the premium wash and had to leave early and spend an additional $1.25 to rinse it ourselves.
Very poor quality wash.... Almost no water was applied during wash, so little in fact the tires never even got wet... Undercarriage wash did not work at all. This facility must be poorly maintained and just takes your money, my last visit....
My husband immediately called their number and two days later, we still haven't received a phone call to get our money back. I'll be calling the bank today. Apparently these people are pathetic crooks with crappy machines. Avoid this car wash!!!!
The tall scrub brushes actually got stuck on our mirrors and we thought they were going to break them off. Finally the scrub brushes moved towards the back of the truck. Then they got stuck again at the back of our truck! It kept making a horrible squeaking sound because the brushes weren't moving on the back corners of our truck and couldn't get around to the plate area. After about 10 seconds of this horrible loud noise and to avoid any damage, we pulled out and pulled into the self-service areas to rinse the soap off.
