The county commission in Campbell county is more than happy to screw the poor in the county in order to benefit the rich. They recently raised by $30 the tax for vehicle registration so they wouldn't have to raise property taxes. Thus they decided to add to the burdens of the poor in Campbell county who can least afford more taxes. The commission decided to stick it to the poor instead of cutting fat and/or waste from the budget.
