The customer service was absolutely horrible. I've never been treated so badly in my entire life. I brought the wrong insurance card by mistake bc my 2 year old son was running around screaming holding his ears so I was trying to hurry. I was told by the young male receptionist that they would not see him if I didn't get the right one (I understand) then my mother in law asked if they had received the email for the correct insurance card. He confirmed yes but then him and the 2 nurses on call all looked at each other and smiled like she didn't know what she was even talking about. The female dr on call was very nice but that's the only thing good I have to say. We will not be back. Very disappointed in how we were treated. Honestly I'm still in shock.

They are the friendliest and cleanest place in town! I highly recommend them. Super nice people, comfortable yet professional. Decent price that includes other things, and if you have been to urgent care before you can become a primary care patient for only $50! Super great.
Friendly staff, nice waiting room, but I didn't have to wait long! They got me in very quickly! Would recommend to everyone!
