I have been a board certified medical case manager for over 15 years and have had to work with a lot of clinics and hospitals across the United States and I can tell you that, as a patient I have not received any better care than I have at LaFollette Eye Clinic. My husband and I have been patients here for several years and we have not had a single bad experience. The staff have always been respectful and courteous, waiting time has always been minimal and the doctors are knowledgeable and take the time to explain what is occurring with your vision. My husband had a horrible reaction to prescription eye drops for glaucoma and Dr. Short was able to work with him over several visits, not only to clear up the reaction, but to help him to transition completely off glaucoma medication. As a professional RN, it's refreshing to encounter a group like the staff at LaFollette Eye Clinic. I think other clinics and hospitals could learn excellent customer service from their model.
Too expensive.. Everything was going good until I went to pick out frames. I felt pressured like I was buying a car. Ended up canceling my frame order and bought them online cheaper.
Dr. Andy Howard & staff are great. They are all very nice & friendly & go out of their way to make your visit a great one. I highly recommend trusting them with all of your eye care needs.
